Tanaar collects the account information you provide (name, email) and your practice activity (exercise answers, progress, and level) in order to run the service and personalise your learning.

We email you about your account: a welcome email, email verification and password resets. If you agree, we also send reminders (for example when you've left your assessment halfway), tips and Tanaar news. You can stop these at any time with the unsubscribe link in each email, or by contacting us.

We use Google Analytics to understand how the app is used. This sets cookies in your browser, but only after you accept cookies via the banner shown on your first visit. You can decline, and no analytics cookies will be set.

We also use Umami, a privacy-focused analytics tool that does not use cookies and does not collect personally identifiable information. It records anonymous, aggregate usage data (such as page views and button interactions) and applies regardless of your cookie choice above.

We do not sell your data or share it with third parties beyond the service providers (such as Google Analytics, Umami, Mailgun for email, and our hosting provider) needed to run Tanaar.

You can request access to or deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.
